IMPORTANT UPDATE!

The annual Transportation Fair has been POSTPONED! The NEW date will be:

TUESDAY, MAY 21, 2024

All families who are interested in applying for transportation for the 2024-2025 school year should plan to complete the online application at 6pm, Tuesday May 21, 2024. Don’t Delay! The application will be available on the FRCS school website – www.foxboroughrcs.org.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

• A seat on the bus this year does NOT guarantee a seat on the bus next year. 
• ALL families must re-apply for transportation each school year.
• ALL bus assignments will be issued first come, first served for completed, active applications only.
• In-district families will be given preference in the seat assignment process during the initial 30 days after the bus application is launched.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

ALL fees for any FRCS fee based service MUST be paid in-full to be eligible to participate or apply for another fee-based service like Transportation.  Accounts with past due fees for any FRCS fee based services from prior years will NOT be eligible to apply for or register for future services of any fee based program.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Applications will be considered active for a seat assignment only when ALL the requirements below have been submitted and received, including, 

1. Complete and submit the online bus application Pay the required Deposit
2. Payment can be made at www.myschoolbucks.com or in the form of a money order/cashier’s check only. No personal checks or cash will be accepted.
3. Note, by completing the online application you have agreed that your child(ren) will adhere to the school’s behavior expectations/bus conduct guidelines and the terms of the Return Trip Policy.
4. All families, including those planning to apply for financial assistance, must pay the deposit to save seat on the bus. Financial Aid application will be available on the FRCS website in the coming weeks.

* Deposits must be received within 7 business days to lock-in the timestamp of the online application which was submitted. Applications which are completed with payment after the initial 7 days will be considered active on the day payment is received.  Please make sure to fill out the application on a desktop or laptop computer! 

✅Computers will be available at the school on 5/21 from 6:00 – 7:00pm. Please contact Transportation Manager Jean Lewis if you are planning on coming to the school to use a computer.
