Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) is a district wide volunteer group consisting of family members of students with disabilities, who educate each other and exchange information. This group is committed to supporting our Special Education Program. Any parent or guardian whose child is eligible for Special Education Services at FRCS.
