Student Council would like to present the 8th Grade Spring Semi-Formal Dance in the MS/HS cafetorium.
Theme: Spring Garden
Date: May 31, 2024
Time: 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm, pickup by 9:30 pm
Attire: Semi-Formal

Entrance Fee: $3 (Complementary chips and beverages)
Meal Ticket: $4 (2 pizza slices or allergy-friendly option)
Dessert Ticket: $3 (3 Mini Cupcakes or allergy-friendly option)
Payment will be collected by 8th Grade Student Council during WINN and lunch from 5/13/2024 to 5/17/2024.
Please complete and turn in the 8th grade behavioral contract in addition to this form. In order to attend the dance, you must not acquire more than 1 major write-up from May 1st, 2024 to May 31, 2024.
Plus one's (anyone outside of FRCS) are prohibited from the dance due to safety reasons.
